No entry during Fright Nights at THORPE PARK (plus other special events). Not valid for admission to The Castle Dungeon at Warwick Castle. No entry on 14th February at the London Eye. No entry on 30th and 31st October at the London Eye and The London Dungeon. Parking NOT INCLUDED. These restrictions do not apply to the Premium Merlin Annual Pass.
Your Merlin Annual Pass will be ready and waiting for you to collect at the attraction. Please note; you may only collect your pass at the attraction that you purchased it from and you will need to present this booking confirmation and the credit/debit card used for payment. You may also be asked to present ID. To help speed things up when you arrive, please come prepared with the following:
- Print this confirmation email
- Bring along your credit/debit card that you used to pay for the passes
- Bring along some ID such as your driving license
- Print and complete a Merlin Annual Pass application form available from here: www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/form
- There is no need to bring along any photos as we’ll take these using our digital camera when you arrive
Please note, if the person who paid for the passes is not attending in person to collect the passes, they will need to provide a signed letter giving permission to proceed with the pass processing in their absence and naming those who will be collecting. Those collecting will be asked to present ID.
